Debut solo album 'Boxed In' will be available on Limited Edition Double Vinyl
***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***
Thanks to Brexit, Covid, countless shortages and supply chain issues in the world, the impact on the production of vinyl has been massively affected and we have been given a delivery window for 'Boxed In' of May 2022!!!!!!!!!
Whilst we hope that things improve, we also understand that this is an issue that not only affects us but also every element of life (in the UK at least)
We have put this vinyl up for sale for our Bandcamp community and those of you who can afford to buy early and are okay to wait until we can deliver next year - your support for Daniel and the jazz re:freshed label are greatly appreciated.
We will endeavour to keep you updated with any news or changes (hopefully for the sooner) to the delivery date.
Much love.

London-based composer/bassist, Daniel Casimir returns with his solo debut album Boxed In, a dynamic collision of pulsing modern jazz & orchestral instrumentation.
Featuring Casimir’s quintet of fellow British jazz luminaries, including Nubya Garcia, Moses Boyd, Al Macsween & James Copus, Boxed In astutely bridges traditional and contemporary jazz forms with enveloping strings, woodwind & brass arrangements, but under its intricate musical surface seeks to confront some necessary hard truths.

Heavy, soulful jazz mixed with the darker side of psychedelia makes for a potent brew on the latest LP from Bristol duo Run Logan Run. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 14, 2021
The entire group's groove dynamic is so fucking amazing. Shout out to Nubya Garcia, Joe Armon Jones, Daniel Casimir and that drummer Femi Koloeso. Keep making good music!!!
